Ordering
Wood Puzzles Products are all custom made.

While every effort is made to get your order to you as quickly as possible some products, especially, personalised and products offering colour and font choices, will take up to 28 days to process.

If you require your order earlier for a special occasion just let us know and we will endeavour to process it and get it to you as required.

When ordering a confirmation email will be sent and another when you order is ready to be sent.

Placing School Orders.
There is provision on our Wood Puzzles website order form (on the payment option page) for Educational Institutions, (schools, pre schools, kindergartens, Child care centres) to nominate  to have the invoice sent with the order for delayed payment. 
 A  50% deposit is required for ordersof over $600.00 placed by privately ownened Child Care Centres.

Once your order is received  (as well as the automatically generated order confirmation) we will send through a confimation invoice and then send the invoice and payment options with your order. Unfortunately we no longer have a fax machine so please email the order to us at sales@woodpuzzles.com.au

Overseas Orders
WOOD PUZZLES welcomes overseas orders. Payment must be made in Australia dollars. All duties and taxes applicable are to be paid by the customer and are not included in product or delivery prices.
Please contact us for delivery details and costs.

Delivery
Delivery Cost quoted on your order will be the maximum rate charged through Australia Post. Each order is assessed and if delivery cost is less you may  be charged the lesser amount.

IN SOME CASES WHERE TWO OR MORE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED delivery cost could be reduced.

e.g. Delivery for 2 kindy chairs would be considerably less than twice the cost of one.

Express Delivery is given as an option.
This does not mean that orders will be received the following day after ordering, especially personalised items.  It may still take up to 28 days to receive your order if it has to be specially made.  

THe advantage of EXPRESS DELIVERY is that delivery time will be reduced once the order is ready to dispatch. Usually overnight delivery for Capital Cities  ( does not operate overnight to Perth or Darwin)
Most orders can be tracked and once the order has been sent tracking information through Australia Post and, for our larger items to most Capital City area,  through Fastway Couriers
When your order has been sent the email advising you will contain the tracking information.


Delivery times for normal AUSTRALIA POST   to SYDNEY could be up to 3 business days
                                                                  CANBERRA could be up to 4 Business days
                                                                MELBOURNE  could be up to 4 Business days      
                                                                       HOBART  could be up to 5 Business days
                                                                     ADELAIDE   could be up to 5 Business days
                                                                          PERTH  could be up to  6 Business days
                                                                       DARWIN   could be up to 6 Business days
Delivery times outside the major Capital cities could be longer. 
 

Returns and Exchanges
Any goods that are returned through inappropriate ordering by the customer can be exchanged for goods of the same value. Any item made especially for a customer i.e. personalised items  and wholesale orders will be charged a 20% return fee.

If a product is returned because of breakage or faulty workmanship the item will be replaced, taking into account normal "wear and tear " usage.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives to you damaged please examine package before opening and contact the delivery agent immediately. Then Contact WOOD PUZZLES so the we can also follow up any claim and then return order to WOOD PUZZLES.

Order Cancellations
If any order is cancelled before delivery, a refund may be granted. Any item made especially for a customer i.e. personalised items  and wholesale orders with be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Payment
Before making Direct Deposit payment please wait for a delivery cost confirmation email.

Payment can be by:
  • direct deposit into our account
  • using our online secure Creditcard payment
  • Paypal
  • sending a cheque/postal order to:
